J12/J/16 Jig Borer

The Z-axis guide system is restrained on four sides to maximize rigidity and reliability, and dual ball screws ensure stable feed motion. For precision holemaking applications, XY interpolation enables the J12/J16 machines to carry out high-precision contouring by utilizing an end mill instead of a boring tool, eliminating the need to manually adjust a boring tool to accurately finish the hole diameter avoiding bottlenecks. Pitch accuracy is within 5 µm even for large-pitch holes.

TechniDrill TBTA-10-180
The TBTA-10-180 is a single spindle machine with 10 inches (254 mm) of trepanning diameter capacity and 180 inches (4,572 mm) of trepanning depth. It has the capability for both a rotating tool and a counter-rotating workpiece, both of which are driven by 100 HP motors.
TBTA-3A-6 Deep-Hole Drilling Machine
The TBTA-3A-6 has 6 inches (152 mm) of BTA drilling capacity and 48 inches (1,219 mm) of drilling depth. The work table moves horizontally back and forth to provide the X-axis travel, and the drill slide moves vertically on a column to provide Y-axis travel.
