This 32mm capacity machine (with the capability to increase to 38mm) has a new design that helps improve productivity and operating convenience. The standard 12 cutting axes includes a B axis for angular drilling and contour milling. In addition, the 10 station turret with half index capability provides 20 positions.

To cover the breadth of applications within the MRO segment, there are drills for general purpose machine and portable drilling. These include the popular HSS R10 series for right hand drilling and HSS L10 series for left hand drilling. Also included are the carbide DC series of center drills.

Small diameter gundrills have resulted in cost savings.

The DeHoff 3060 has a single spindle with a maximum boring capacity of 3 inches (76.2 mm) and a maximum boring depth of 60 inches (1524 mm). To meet the rigorous material removal requirements, the cutting tool is powered by a 40 horsepower spindle motor with a 4-speed gearbox.

DrillMeister offers the TIDCF chamfering holder that can be attached to the TID drill shank allowing chamfering and drilling in a single pass for reduced machining times. The chamfering inserts are available for 30°, 45°, and 60° chamfers.

This AH9130 grade expansion encompasses the DMP line of general-purpose drilling, succeeding the popular DMC drill head for precision drilling. Developed for drilling applications, AH9130 is a nano-multilayer PVD coating consisting of three distinctive layers.

The EconoMaster drilling unit features low power and air consumption, adjustable motor housing, adjustable total stroke up to 4", hydraulic feed control cylinder, J33 taper spindle end, 0-1/2" drill chuck, electric front & rear position limit switches, belt tensioner and chrome-plated quill.

AH8015 consists of a nano-multilayered PVD coating with high aluminum content. This coating characteristic provides increased resistance against wear and built-up edge over existing grades, enabling long and predictable tool life during the machining of heat resistant superalloys and stainless steel.

The DeHoff 1036 CNC is a 3-axis boring machine used for automotive engine rebuilds. The machine is custom designed for re-boring the cam journals of automotive engine blocks during a rebuild program.
