There are two stocked and standard product offerings where gundrills are delivered within 24 hours of the order. The SFGD Express program is for Single Flute Gundrills in diameters from 0.1250" - 0.7500" (3.175mm - 19.050mm) and lengths up to 48" (1219mm). The SCGD Express program is for Single Flute Solid Carbide Gundrills with standard ½" steel shanks in diameters from 0.0355"- 0.1969" (0.902mm - 5.000mm) in lengths from 4"- 12" (102mm - 305mm), depending on the tool diameter.

The machines' strong and durable structures provide table lateral movement accuracy of 2.5 µm or better. The Z-axis guide system is restrained on four sides to maximize rigidity and reliability, and dual ball screws ensure stable feed motion. The TBTA-10-180 is a single spindle machine with 10 inches (254 mm) of trepanning diameter capacity and 180 inches (4,572 mm) of trepanning depth. It has the capability for both a rotating tool and a counter-rotating workpiece, both of which are driven by 100 HP motors.

The TBTA-3A-6 has 6 inches (152 mm) of BTA drilling capacity and 48 inches (1,219 mm) of drilling depth. The work table moves horizontally back and forth to provide the X-axis travel, and the drill slide moves vertically on a column to provide Y-axis travel. The spindle motor is available with up to 75 HP. The high-pressure coolant system is rated at 200 gallons/minute of coolant flow and 1,500 psi of coolant pressure.
