Tungaloy expands its TetraForce-Cut, a four-edged indexable grooving tool series, to include the new TCL27 style chipbreaker.

Tungaloy is expanding its DuoJust-Cut, TetraMini-Cut and TetraForce-Cut lines of indexable grooving and parting tools to enhance their flexibility and application ranges. Tungaloy's DuoJust-Cut, TetraMini-Cut and TetraForce-Cut are successful lines of grooving and parting tool series that feature an innovative insert clamping interface for secure mounting during challenging operations.

Tungaloy enhances usefulness of TungModularSystem, a modular-style grooving and parting tool system with through-coolant feature.

Make deep-hole operations productive and reduce the risk of scrapping large, expensive workpieces with the new GL threading and grooving heads for Steadyline ø1" (25 mm)-diameter turning and boring bars from Seco Tools. Kyocera Precision Tools expands insert lineup of the GBA grooving system with new insert grade PR1625 for steel and stainless steel grooving applications. PR1625 is a designed with high hardness and toughness with a highly stable carbide base material and MEGACOAT NANO coating technology for excellent wear resistance when grooving light interrupted to heavily interrupted cuts.

Kyocera Precision Tools expands the popular KGD grooving system lineup with new integral holders with 1" max groove depths for 2" bar stock.

Kyocera Precision Tools expands the GBF grooving series for small parts machining to include new coolant-through (JCT-series) holders and a GL chipbreaker for larger groove widths. The new KGBF-JCT style holders feature internal coolant holes that direct coolant closer to the cutting edge from the top of the insert.
