The MVR-Cx series is a simple, easy-to-use machine that efficiently performs single-item and high-mix low-volume production in machining general large parts such as can structures. The newly developed "Nidec Navi" operation support function, which significantly reduces the production time from receiving a job to shipping a product, comes as a standard feature. A wide variety of original screens are available to simplify initial machining settings, such as program creation, debugging, and centering of the workpiece before machining, which used to be time-consuming in one-product and high-mix low-volume productions.

The gear drive transmission delivers full power at any speed, driving the cutting tools at nearly 100% of the available motor horsepower. Helical ground gears ensure positive, quite operation and make speed changes fast and easy. The wide speed range makes this the ideal drill for drilling large to small diameter holes fast and easy.

The Mikron MILL P 800 U S allows shops to machine components fully on a single machine and eliminate transfer-related part errors, along with stacked tolerances, for enhanced quality of finished parts. This scalable solution is perfectly suited for automation, with a smaller footprint compared to the Mikron MILL P 800 U. This makes it the ideal machine when using two machines or more. It has a maximum loading capability of 1,000 kg (2,204.62 lbs) and is suitable for heavy roughing to fine finishing.

The core of these joints is always the locking plates with their precisely aligned serrations as well as their adjustment based on positive and nonpositive connections. Alongside the exact serration shape, the division of the teeth is also very important. Designed specifically for the additive manufacturing process, the CUT AM 500 horizontal wire EDM makes it easier than ever to quickly separate additively manufactured metal parts from build plates while maintaining geometrical accuracy and ensuring assembly readiness.

The gear head machine a highly precise, powerful and versatile option. It is ideal for milling, drilling, slotting, engraving, boring, tapping and angle machining operations. The all-gear drive transmission delivers full power at any speed. A high-performance brushless DC motor with permanent current control is standard.

Featuring a patented process developed by Starrett called bi-metal unique technology, that provides 170% more weld contact with the teeth, Intenss blades exhibit superior resistance to tooth strippage, significantly reducing fracture and breakage, which enables exceptionally long blade life. Performance is further enhanced by M-42 teeth with a multi-edge tooth design that produces split chips for faster cutting.

The machine places 128 spindles precisely and very close to center. A unique gearless drive is key to making it happen, not only getting each spindle as close as possible, but ensuring rigid performance to avoid backlash. The result is high-quality threads with no lag or out of tolerance thread forms due to gear train play that can occur using a geared head.
