The Ultrasonic 60 Precision machine from DMG MORI offers a cost-effective entry into the precision machining of hard, brittle materials such as silicon carbide, Zerodur, and hard metals.

The UMILL 1000 from EMCO is a 5-axis machining center with milling/turning, 1000mm diameter, 600mm height, 1000kg capacity, and direct drives for high precision. The QTE-100 MY CNC turning center with multi-tasking capabilities from Mazak is designed for high-speed and high-precision turning in a space-saving design, the company says.

The XPR460 plasma cutting system from Hypertherm cuts mild steel, stainless steel, steel and aluminum. The unit performs multiple applications with SureCut technology for bolt-ready holes and smooth 45-degree bevels. SureCut technology uses software to automatically embed advanced cutting capabilities into the plasma cutting process.
