The E-709 compact digital piezo servo controller / amplifier and driver was designed providing 20kHz sampling rate, twice the power of its predecessor along with multiple times is positioning resolution. When used in image processing, scanning and microscopy applications, its advanced features such as high-performance linearization, high speed tracking, and PI's unique F3 capability (Fast Focus & Freeze) come in handy.

In the FocusONE laser machine, SCANLAB's micro-drilling head is connected to an optical measuring system via EtherCAT. The stoba measuring system can inspect drill holes starting from 25 µm in diameter. The integrated software for machine control analyzes the measuring results and automatically adapts the process parameters as required.

RoboMate LaserEtch is an integrated laser system that can be added to the ANCA RoboMate loader for the TX and MX platforms, allowing laser marking of individual tools in-process. An automatic stand-alone laser marking station, the AutoMarkX is the latest addition to ANCA's family of tool production solutions.

Boasting a real 15 W of optical power as well as a novel design, this is the first compact CNC laser head that not only marks metal, but deep-engraves it. Utilizing blue laser light, it can efficiently process materials that infrared lasers struggle with. Furthermore, it can be adapted to nearly any CNC machine.

The closed-loop linear slide uses an optical position sensor with sub nanometer resolution and a voice coil linear motor to allow vertical (or horizontal) travel up to 7mm with a velocity up to 200mm/sec (8"/sec) for fast accurate scanning.

Multishift is suitable for applications in medical, automotive, tooling, minting and jewelry. Its robotic precision ensures reliable and consistent results. Another advantage is ACSYS's specialized sensitive robotic gripping, which leaves no indelible marks. Multishift features automatic pallet processing to enable faster and more accurate laser processing as well as eliminating some batch tasks.

To significantly reduce setup time, the Mitsubishi zoom head delivers speed and flexibility by automatically changing the beam size, shape and focal point for each material, with the ability to process plates with a wide range of thicknesses. Piercing time is reduced by as much as 60 percent, making it possible to pierce a 25-mm-thick mild steel within 0.8 seconds.
