Cor-Pak Stretch Hoods powered by Nano VpCI are the ultimate high-performance stretch hood films for corrosion protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The film is suitable for industrial use to stabilize loads and ensure pallet integrity for efficient packaging and delivery. This film is co-extruded using state of-the-art resins, offering superior strength and stretch characteristics as well as multi-metal corrosion inhibiting properties that only VpCI Technology can deliver. UV stable and recyclable Cor-Pak Stretch Hoods powered by Nano VpCI deliver puncture resistance and load holding, which allow a user to down-gauge, contain aggressive loads and produce a better package at reduced cost.

These bags take the protection of basic VpCI®-126 Film to the next level by adding an extra barrier against moisture and oxygen for enhanced corrosion inhibition during long-term storage or harsh shipping conditions. The bags can be vacuum-packed and are ideal for automotive build-ahead programs, all-time-buys, or other long-term metal storage applications.

VpCI-148 Paper also presents positive environmental aspects and a worker friendly profile. As paper, it is sourced from renewable materials, whereas common VCI plastics are sourced from fossil fuels. Furthermore, it uses a water-based coating for grease resistance, rather than the wax or poly coatings typically used for barrier papers. VpCI-148 Paper is non-hazardous and free of fluorochemicals, nitrites, phosphates, silicones, chromates, and other heavy metals.

The tool supply consists of software, hardware and supporting service elements. Using the CoroPlus® Tool Supply hardware, manufacturers can easily store and keep track of tools. Storage options can be tailor made according to facility demands, with tool vending solutions ranging from open stock, drawers and lids to full tool cabinets. Each hardware option allows tools to be securely stored, without the risk of loss or damage.

The Sinamics G115D drive system is characterized by a robust design with a high IP protection class (up to IP66 / UL Type 4X) and is suitable for use in harsh environments. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Sinamics G115D can be easily installed in confined areas. The drive system can also be operated reliably over a wide temperature range of -30 to 55 degrees Celsius (-22 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit), enabling operation in deep freezing applications.

The VGP20 provides unlimited cup and airflow customization and multichannel functionality, allowing it to be deployed on multiple items of different shapes and sizes. Additionally, the VGP20 gripper's built-in intelligence, combined with its easy-to-use software, provides precise air flow control functionality that is beyond the capabilities of traditional pneumatic grippers. This functionality allows users to vary the type of grip used in different applications, such as the soft grip used to handle delicate items to the hard grip required for handling bulky, heavy cardboard boxes with porous surfaces.

The Powered Lifting Hand Truck not only compliments the Magliner catalog of 2 wheel hand trucks, but it also enhances the line-up of LiftPlus® powered stackers. The Powered Lifting Hand Truck, while having a lower lifting capacity compared to the LiftPlus units, will be well received for use in tight areas where other stackers, or for that matter, fork trucks are overkill or simply have too large of a footprint.

Helix CAD models are now available for download in Dorner's D-Tools, Dorner's online conveyor configurator. Using D-Tools, project managers can now design a FlexMove Helix conveyor to fit their exact application in a matter of minutes.The Helix Conveyor's incline/decline angle can be shallow for accumulation applications, or steep when space is limited.

With an ultralow profile of 40 mm and extremely flat design, ZeroAct is ideal for any zero-point application especially those where the z-axis travel of the spindle is critical. The ZeroAct features rapid open and closing of the modules and simultaneous actuation with one simple twist of the wrist generating 15kN clamp force. Easily actuate workpieces onto a table or adapter with a low stack-up of 38.1 mm greatly increasing the z-axis travel.

The addition of D-Tools, Dorner's online conveyor configurator, gives product engineers, plant managers and others the ability to easily download CAD models to design Helix Conveyors to fit their exact application in a matter of minutes. D-Tools, which includes 2D and 3D CAD libraries and other functions, allows users to construct simple or complex conveyor packages, as well as individual components such as gearmotors and mounting packages, support stands and accessories.

The second generation EcoFilter® utilizes an innovative two-stage metal chip removal and coolant filtration design. A hinged steel belt conveyor handles primary removal of large chips. In a secondary process, a flow-through filtration cell separates fines from coolant. Heavy duty brushes attached to the bottom side of the belt wipe these fines from the surface of the filter cell, where they flow to the bottom of the conveyor via the patent pending CleanCleat®. Standard angle cleats on the bottom run of the conveyor belt then scrape the separated fine chips back to the top of the belt for discharge.n
