The 3D Gripping Point Detection technology is a highlight of HALCON 22.11. It can be used to robustly detect surfaces on any object that are suitable for gripping with suction. In contrast to classic bin-picking applications, this new technology eliminates the need to train object surfaces.

IMSce for Mastercam combines IMS G-code emulation with the ModuleWorks simulation and post processing technology to provide a G-code parsing solution that connects directly to Mastercam. The solution enables Mastercam users to simulate and verify G-code including controller variables, subprograms, expressions and canned cycles for a wide range of machine tools before the workpiece is mounted on the machine.

The primary focus for IMSpost and IMSverify 8.4 was improved performance and enhanced user productivity through user interface enhancements. Updates to IMSverify include: New variable pane for display and monitoring of controller variables, including a new watch window. Debugging of subprograms.

MAINDO embodies Industry 4.0 principles by integrating, sharing and enhancing data generated by Marposs systems focused on quality control, production processes and environmental conditions. HxGN Machine Trainer is based on the new generation of NCSIMUL and I++simulation software, combining software and hardware to create a solution that is practical and easy to learn. Based on modeled machine kinematic Digital Twins, the HxGN Machine Trainer presents numerous learning opportunities using realistic simulations for 3-to-5 axis milling, mill-turn and CMM operation.

With the new feature for creating generic revolved tools, operators can customize the shape of the cutting and non-cutting parts of the tool for all triangle mesh-based roughing strategies. Customized tools avoid over-simplifications because they take specific features of the tool shape into account during the toolpath calculation to deliver a realistic simulation of the material removal process.

ProShop SAFE is a managed encrypted file store (end to end, and at rest) that securely and seamlessly translates into the browser experience. User-definable File Access Security Groups (FASG) within the User Module of ProShop enable security administrators to define permissions of all folders and files within the file store, and provide read/write/execute, or forbid access, to any configuration of approved folders, subfolders, and files.
