The PolyClamp Verso is equipped with a quick jaw change system as standard. Using just two screws, the fixed and adjustable jaws are released, removed upwards or repositioned. This significantly reduces setup times because each jaw is individually removable without having to dismantle the others.

The clamps provide quick, secure, and precise workpiece workholding and are manufactured to the highest quality specifications. The product mix includes many clamp accessories such as mounting brackets, adaptors, bars and caps.

SP140 and K02 are part of the vast ZPS offering which uses either pneumatic or hydraulic modules to fix, position, and clamp all in one step. Additionally, ZPS ensures repeatability of up to 0.0002", and reduces cycle times by up to 90%.

The down-thrust clamp GN 9192 made from case-hardened steel can be fastened to a machine table with T-slots or to a fixture plate. The clamping arm can then be swiveled by hand and positioned over the inserted workpiece in any position.

The SPN zero-point clamping system features a repeatability of 0.005 mm due to its sophisticated design. The pneumatic clamps of the GN 860 series now have hardened, ground bearing bushings and tempered bearing pins for significantly reduced wear. No meaningful alterations were observed in testing for over 250,000 cycles. Structural reinforcement of the sheet steel housing reduces wear-inducing vibrations during operation, which makes a difference even under lower loads.

The user-friendly new models allow for fast handling and enable their users to build up applications more efficiently with little interference contour. The 503-MLBR and 533-LBR clamps are fully interchangeable with models having the same specifications, other models are available upon request.

The front-mount option is available for inclusion on a total of four manual clamps that can be used with both vertical and horizontal handle action. The two vertical operating models – 2002-UF and 2007-UF – provide enlarged space for manual operations and increased safety.
