OMAX meticulously developed its Customer Dashboard, which features the company’s Marketplace e-commerce interface, to provide customers a personalized, all-encompassing and convenient digital support experience. After setting up their own personalized OMAX accounts, customers can also download/activate software. Plus, there is a new channel to engage, one-one-one with OMAX customer service if questions and/or concerns arise.

At the OMAX Marketplace, customers can order from over 1,000 high-quality genuine parts for OMAX and MAXIEM model abrasive waterjet machines any time day or night. The Marketplace is easy to use and also provides a quick and convenient way to reorder consumables.

As a clean, well-organized interface, the OMAX Marketplace makes it easy to find needed replacement parts – searchable by part name, number or category. Customers can check the status of existing orders, view their order history and account balances.
