Made4CNC's first official product, the Safedoor SD100 removes the barriers to the automation of component feeding at machine shops. Safedoor SD100 opens CNC doors that are up to 1 meter wide and weigh 400 kg, at a speed of 500 mm/s. The door opener can connect to any robot and CNC machine make via galvanic insulated digital inputs and outputs.

LHInspect offers a unique range of functions and will be used in conjunction with the WGT series of machines for inspecting all types of gears, gear cutting tools and shaft-type workpieces, including size and position determination. LHInspect also supports the manufacturer-neutral GDE interface for exchanging geometrical and measurement data between gear inspection machines and gear cutting machines as the basis for automated correction of setting data (LHOpenConnect).

Flex Locator System consists of tapered pins and receiving bushings. In combination, these parts are designed to be mounted on fixture bases and plates to allow for highly accurate locating and positioning with repeatability of 0.01 mm. Fastener-receptacle pairs replace nut-and-bolt assembly so that operators swap out fixture plates and other automation components without the use of tools and with excellent repeatability.n

The E-709 compact digital piezo servo controller / amplifier and driver was designed providing 20kHz sampling rate, twice the power of its predecessor along with multiple times is positioning resolution. With a single drive screw, Quick-Loc™ provides fast and repeatable fixture changes for small tooling platforms. A square aluminum adapter base provides the connection to either of the two patterns. The third vise features a Quick Locating System (QLS) mount, for column-mounting possibilities, and a corresponding round adapter base for this type of workholding.
