LPMA series contains all beam delivery functions necessary to support the efficient operation of the laser, with integrated power measurement, beam diagnostics (option), laser attenuation, purge system, and quick optic change mounts. Glebar pairs the wider work wheel with an oscillating regulating wheel powered by servo motors to reduce setup time and improve sphericity. The slides can be programmed to finite positions through a touchscreen HMI. When an operator selects a job, the servo motors automatically adjust to programmed positions which reduces setup time.

The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is a wash and blow-off machine in a small footprint of 5 ft. wide x 8 ft. long x 9 ft. tall. The robot's design includes a new arm structure, drive system and lighter main unit, which enables high speeds and a large working area. Its 1,460 mm reach is the largest in its class, allowing for installation flexibility and use in a wider variety of applications. The RS013N robot also leads its class in speed, resulting in reduced cycle times and increased productivity.

L-812 linear motion modules are available with travel ranges from 102mm to 610mm (4" to 24") and easily configurable. Two linear modules can be combined to form XY-tables and with the availability of the brake, a vertical axis can be added for XYZ multi-axis motion and precision automation applications. A folded drive train further facilitates integration by reducing the overall length, installing the motor side-by side with the linear stage, instead of the more common inline construction.

These bags take the protection of basic VpCI®-126 Film to the next level by adding an extra barrier against moisture and oxygen for enhanced corrosion inhibition during long-term storage or harsh shipping conditions. The bags can be vacuum-packed and are ideal for automotive build-ahead programs, all-time-buys, or other long-term metal storage applications.

Flexbar's Visorguard-LED™ system is water and coolant proof and installs in minutes on CNC mills, conventional mills, drill presses and more. The adjustable Flexbar® arm permits setting of the Visorguard shield at the correct height and angle for each setup, then locks rigid. The special wing-shaped shield flips up to load a part and down for machining. A special spring-loaded shaft allows the shield to stay put with no spring back.

The first is the possibility to deploy the system in an even higher number of use cases. As opposed to traditional machine vision solutions, built as a project from multiple components and set to inspect only a specific use case, AMV systems are universal, they include both the required hardware and software, and can inspect a wide variety of parts and use cases. This revolutionary feature has been further extended by the possibility to reliably inspect highly reflective parts, such as metals and plastics.

Most importantly, they are punching square, rectangular and round openings not only in control cabinet doors and housings, but also in mounting plates, terminal boxes, cable ducts or cable routing plates. The three variants AP 600, AP 400 and AP 250 are suitable for processing switch cabinets or switch cabinet doors with a throat depth up to 600 mm, 400 mm, or 250 mm. Depending on the model, the punches can be used on sheet steel with a thickness between 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. Stainless steel can be processed up to a thickness of 2.0 mm. In addition, the machines from the AP line are punching plastic up to a thickness of 4.0 mm.
