AMF presents a flexible, modular screw jack. Various elements can be assembled securely up to the required height in order to fix large and medium-sized components in T-slots and grid plates. The burnished modules made of tempered steel are reliably connected with a threaded ring and allow great flexibility during assembly.

In heavy-duty cam-driven machines, improper mounting often causes misalignment that produces thrust forces and metal contact between the bearing's outer ring and side plate. Heavy loading also creates deflections and uneven loading at the stud.

The new set of packages allows manufacturers to get started with powRgrip as quickly as possible for their particular toolholding needs. Packages includes a PGC-A handpump clamping unit, five toolholders and 10 PG collets. Holders are available with CAT 40, BT 30, HSK-A63 and HSK-E40 interfaces with standard collets in PH10, PG15, and PG25 sizes.

The expanded range of ANSI tap collets is fully compatible with existing powRgrip holders and only require shanks with tolerances of h9 or better.
