Two new drills optimized for drilling aluminum automotive parts have been developed by Sandvik Coromant. Suitable for the machining of components in medium-to-large volumes, CoroDrill 400 and CoroDrill 430 deliver high throughput and low costs, as well as extended tool life and enhanced process security.

KAAST Machine Tools offer the saddle-style F-Grind AH Series high-precision surface grinder. Featuring hardened, ground and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated table guideways, this grinder series offers full stress relieved main parts to enhance rigidity, stability and grinding accuracy. Customers can add the optional AD5 auto down feed system to become three axes fully automated, thereby greatly increasing operational convenience.

BEA Lasers introduces a new complete Alignment Laser System with variable laser light output. These new laser systems with variable output are ideal for short distances. The dimming feature provides greater flexibility when aligning objects against different backgrounds, such as dark, light, chrome or other shiny surfaces.

BLM Group USA announces the availability of its all-electric DH4010VGP wire bending machine featuring twin turrets and twin heads capable of doubling productivity and/or completing highly complex wire bending jobs. The DH4010VGP is especially well-suited for medium-to-long part lengths with multiple bends, symmetric parts and parts that close back onto themselves. The machine cuts wire free from the coil prior to the bending operation, eliminating twisting that can occur when working from coil to deliver perfectly flat bent wire parts.

The Finecut micro abrasive waterjet system brings the benefits of waterjet technology to the high precision fine mechanic segment. The Finecut is a premium precision machine with a positioning accuracy of +/-2.5 microns. It can cut minute parts of high complexity with a miniaturized cutting system capable of jet diameters down to 200 microns. Nevertheless, it can as well be used to cut high precision features into large parts up to 500 by 500 mm size, using the full work envelope.

Mazak Corp. has further enhanced the VTC-300C Vertical Machining Center with the addition of the MAZATROL SmoothG CNC and its suite of SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY software solutions. The new control complements the VTC-300C's full traveling-column design, automatic tool changer and powerful 40-taper spindle, all of which combine to enable fast cycle times and accurate machining for extremely long and heavy workpieces in industries such as construction, agriculture and energy production.

The DMC-40x0 motion controller is Galil's highest performance, stand-alone motion controller. It belongs to Galil's latest generation motion controller family, which accepts encoder inputs up to 22 MHz, provides servo update rates as high as 32 kHz, and processes commands as fast as 40 microseconds-10 times the speed of prior generation controllers.

Klϋber Lubrication introduces Klübersynth GE 14-151, a special grease for highly loaded small gears like those found in power tools. This product consists of a finely balanced combination of ester and synthetic hydrocarbon base oils with an aluminum complex soap thickener. Klübersynth GE 14-151 has a wide service temperature range, good wear protection properties and a high scuffing load capacity. It also offers excellent protection against tribocorrosion.

To eliminate long face milling cycle times and ensure process security, Seco Tools has introduced new larger LP09 inserts for the company's HighFeed 2 cutter bodies. The new inserts are designed for high-feed milling operations including face, helical interpolation, slotting, side milling, pocketing and plunging, in challenging workpieces often found in the mold and die, aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

JW Winco Inc. offers an extended range of Shaft Collars that include a variety of different configurations.
