Die flipping hoist rings are available in both inch and metric dimensions as a standard or Lift-Check™ style that features a proprietary hex head bolt with Go / No-Go identification. The rings are CE Certified and constructed of alloy steel with a black oxide body and zinc plated (gold) shackle.

The cell has a 6-Axis FANUC M-10iD/12 Robot with 4.7' (1,441 mm) reach, capable of handling a maximum load of 26.5 lbs (12 kg). The GRC-R12 features a pneumatic single-or double-gripper system. The deep learning technology for object detection is now also available in MERLIC. The "Find Object" tool locates trained object classes and identifies them with a surrounding rectangle (bounding box). Touching or partially overlapping objects are also separated, which allows counting of objects.
