WDS Components' castor range extension includes a new stud fitting design with an M12 size threaded shaft that extends installation flexibility. The stud fitting design joins the existing bolt hole style, as well as a variety of castors with a plate fitting attachment.

The curved wiper cutting edge is a unique feature that makes the wiper action universal across various material groups such as steels, stainless steels, cast irons or even super alloys. The wiper action can be used to reduce machining time by using double the feed rate, while imparting the same surface finish.

With HollowStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the hollow-cone spray pattern when the precision nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle.

The system recorder eliminates the ambiguity in diagnosing issues by recording all changes in their programming code for several minutes before and after an event takes place. Users can review the changes that took place in their code leading up to and after the event.

The GT 342 enables machining of bars from 0.12" to 1.73" (3-44 mm) and can guide bars from 32" (800 mm) to 12'.6" (3810 mm) in length. The new toolless channel design allows for partial changeovers of under 2 minutes with full changeover times of less than 7 minutes.

Mastercam developers worked closely with Kennametal to enable users to import data on their most versatile and high-performance cutting tools, including GOdrillTM and Kenna UniversalTM solid carbide drills and a selection of HARVITM and KORTM end mills directly into Mastercam. Riten can repair/restore to "like new" condition their standard centers and face drivers (as well as industry competitor's products) for a fraction of the cost of new tools. If practical repair is not possible, trade-in is available for live centers and face drivers at significant savings for new standard Riten one.
