Robotmaster 2023 bridges the gap between CAD/CAM and robotics by enabling seamless integration between a user's chosen CAD/CAM software and Robotmaster. This automatic integration eliminates the need to import and sync data for a 75 percent reduction in programming time. It also eliminates the programming errors that can happen when using a manual process.

As the latest addition to the Hygienic Design product family, JW Winco now offers the spacers GN 6226. The MIXO right-angled high-current rectangular connector modules (CX-01YA) are designed to minimize space installation requirements with a compact 90° connection that removes bending of large diameter wires (up to 70mm2) and ensures reliable 200A rating performance. The main feature of this new module is the special insulating cover plate that can not only prevent accidental contact between cable lugs on adjacent modules but also save the nominal voltage rating of 1000V planned for the 200A modules while connecting the DIN 46235 pre-insulated crimp cable lugs.

The full-surface glass display also offers protection against liquids and dirt, which cannot penetrate the sealed housing.

The Digimar 817 CLT provides a variety of interfaces for saving measurement data. Data transfer is possible both wirelessly and by the new duplex cable via the proven MarConnect data management software. It also allows the transmission of a measuring device ID to ensure the traceability of all measurement results. For measurement reports, users can choose between complete representations in PDF format, sending individual measured values to a PC, Bluetooth printer or saving as a TXT file.

SpeedTaps are meant to be driven by an impact gun along with an impact socket, for through-hole applications allowing the user to quickly move the tap through the material as the impact gun does its work. The taps are designed with an aggressive starting pitch to catch and start cutting faster than traditional taps.

The wireless RCD from Kistler has a 10 kHz sampling rate that allows to capture highly dynamic foot-prints of the measurement in applications with up to 16 000 RPM. Overall, piezoelectric sensors ensure more accurate measurements than other technologies, such as strain-gauge sensors, which have significant limitations especially when measuring small forces and high dynamic processes. Highly accurate measurements are not only important for research but also for production monitoring. The piezoelectric measurement technology can capture very small changes and deviations before they have a significant effect on product quality.
