VpCI-277 can provide corrosion protection for up to two years of indoor storage or during domestic or international shipments when combined with VpCI packaging materials. The product leaves a dry, non-tacky, virtually undetectable film on the metal surface. The use of rust preventatives to preserve metals during storage and transportation has traditionally been a hazardous and messy process in which greasy rust preventatives must be applied and removed several times. This is because metal work-pieces risk flash corrosion as they frequently sit in temporary storage awaiting the next step in the manufacturing or assembly process.

The Xtra·tec XT M5009 face milling cutter has a 45° approach angle, is available in diameters of 25-160 mm (1-6 in.) and provides a depth of cut of 5 or 6.5 mm. The tangential design of the FIX8 insert features a rigid clamping system that pulls the insert securely into the pocket seat, offering superior stability that enables the insert to withstand large cutting forces and vibrations for optimal performance. The quick release fastener consists of two elements: the coupling GN 1050 and the tailored threaded stud GN 1050.1. A safety locking button protects the coupling from being accidentally opened. When pressing the button, the sleeve can be moved axially to unlock a stud inserted into the notch on the inside. At the same time, a red ring becomes visible on the outside to indicate the unlocked state.n

NUM's basic RTCP function, invoked by ISO code G151, offers a number of user-specified variants. The function can be activated with an inclined coordinate system or after a positioning move.
