Online Robot Library
The online Robot library now includes 675 components from brands such as KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, TeknoMotor, AMB (Kress), SCHUNK, OnRobot, Joulin, Schmalz, Regal, Universal Robots, Güdel, Meltio, among others.
DVF 4000
The DVF 4000 comes standard with a 15,000 r/min direct coupled spindle, powered by a 24.8 hp (18.5 kW) motor that generates 87.1 ft-lbs (118 Nm) of torque. A FANUC 31i-B5 Plus control makes full 5-axis simultaneous control possible, giving complete contouring capabilities.
S100 Grinding Machine
The S100 can be configured to meet each customer's individual needs. It can be equipped with up to two internal grinding spindles, or one internal and one external spindle. In addition to a fixed wheelhead, it can be supplied with a manual wheelhead and a 2.5 degree Hirth coupling.
Turn-Assist 200i and 270i
Turn-Assist features an open-floor setup and area sensors to maximize operator safety and accessibility, while a pre-programmable FANUC robot loads blanks and unloads finished parts from the stocking table. Options are available that allows the robot to process shafts, rotate parts, and interface with a bar-feeder.
FX Linear Medical Drill Loading Kit
ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The pallet top allows a reduction of the insertion depth of the shank with an 8mm pocket depth, so that drills with only 10mm of available shank length can be loaded.
R-Palletize
R-Palletize is a configurable palletizing station which allows low-volume, high-mix manufacturers to use a single robotic cell for palletizing a variety of product patterns. R-Palletize is available in four hardware configurations which include a FANUC America M710iC/50H robot to handle cases up to 40 pounds, a Rockwell Automation control system, and optional end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT) to suit the application.
FANUC RoboCut α- CiC Series
The next generation of the RoboCut features innovative technology, making it the most productive wire EDM machine on the market. Constructed for ultimate rigidity, the advanced EDM machines minimize the amount of distortion embedded into each part. New discharge devices, powered by the SF3 power supply, improve surface roughening capabilities while maintaining high cutting speeds.
MITI MAXX
ITI's "MITI MAXX" is a robust, yet mobile automation system that utilizes the durable Fanuc CRX-10iA collaborative robot that meets RIA safety standards and doesn't require fencing. MITI MAXX's simple interface allows it to be integrated to almost any machine controller.
KIWA KH-4100kai Horizontal Machining Center
Outfitted with FANUC's new 0i-MF Plus control, the KH-4100kai offers numerous customizable functions, a new user interface, as well as pallet and tool management screens. New internal sheet metal placement and machine way wipers keep chips from interfering with critical components and guide chips to the center trough, ensuring a pristine, debris-free environment.
FANUC LR Mate 200i Robots
In addition to speed, the new robots handle an increased number of workpieces/tools, are more compact and consume less energy.
JobShop Cell PRO
JobShop Cell PRO features an industrial grade, articulating FANUC 6-axis robot in a versatile aluminum enclosure which allows the RoboDrill to be placed on the left or right side, or in a twin cell with two machines.
Optimized 5-axis Post Processor for FANUC CNCs
A growing number of manufacturing industries, such as aerospace, medical, and mold and die job shops, are incorporating 5-axis simultaneous processing in their operations. By optimizing FANUC CNCs with Mastercam's new post processor, machine tools will be able to produce parts, modeled in the CAD system, more precisely.
