GARANT GridLine Workshop Cabinets
Hoffmann Group USA announced the availability of its new GARANT GridLine Workshop cabinets. GARANT's GridLine series focuses on three key areas of usability; ergonomics, efficiency and design. The cabinets were developed using a planned, common grid technique, which creates a multitude of possibilities for combining and extending the system.
GARANT Xtric Centering Vise
Hoffmann Group USA announces the new centering vise called the GARANT Xtric. The vice is equipped with a new chuck jaw quick-change system, which enables easy, tool-free changeover. A click mechanism gives the vise an interchange accuracy in the micrometer range.
Garant Xtric Centering Vice With Center Jaw
Last year the Hoffmann Group presented the Garant Xtric centering vice with clamping jaw quick-change system in line with the "Click&Clamp" principle. From April 2020, the small powerhouse, which acts directly on the component with up to 25 kN clamping force and hardly creates any jaw and component lift-off, will also be available with a center jaw.
GARANT VG Basic
On the new GARANT VG Basic pre-setting device, both the X and Z axes can be moved by up to 400 millimeters using a pneumatic quick adjustment device. This requires a compressed air supply of at least 73 psi.

Garant PPC Solid-Carbide Barrel Milling Cutters
Hoffmann Group USA has expanded its tool family for Parabolic Performance Cutting (PPC) to include a new PPC indexable insert and Garant PPC solid-carbide barrel milling cutters for high-alloy and hardened steels. The PPC process represents a further development of ball-nosed slot drill cutting and is also known as barrel milling.

The innovative knuckle form profile produces extremely compact swarf. Therefore, the Hoffmann Group was able to construct the milling cutter with five cutting edges.
