Cosen Saws G320 features a hydraulic dual column design and a capacity of 12.8" x 15". It is one of the smartest saws available right now and features Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology and V_Drive built in. SNC-100 controls are programmable up to 100 different jobs including quantity and length of cut.

In the latest version of the software, AutoMeasure version 13, two features have been added that allow even novice operators to extract the best performance from the systems. ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The pallet top allows a reduction of the insertion depth of the shank with an 8mm pocket depth, so that drills with only 10mm of available shank length can be loaded.

Like its predecessor, the new TNL12 features four tool carriers that can be applied to a workpiece simultaneously, albeit with significant changes to the machine's kinematics. While the front-working attachment and counter spindle were previously arranged on a single slide, they are now housed on separate slides.

With six machine sizes available, this series is capable of producing complicated shapes along with finer finishes, resulting in highly accurate workpieces. The LX021 offers a comprehensive integrated solution that includes self-centering vice which minimizes part distortion while maintaining accuracy and repeatability. PlateSaver is available through Hypertherm's ProNest and other authorized software for fabricators cutting mild steel on a CNC table using X-Definition plasma. It combines the arc stability of X-Definition plasma with specialized software parameters to dramatically increase material utilization. Those parameters cause PlateSaver to use shorter leads when starting and finishing a cut for less wasted space between parts.

Signature analysis allows monitoring these cutting processes where the material diameter changes consistently during a cut. The RPM varies as the material increases or decreases causing sensor fluctuations unrelated to the tooling. To monitor these cutting operations, the signature analysis software learns the entire path (signature) of a cut using any sensor type.

The strategy for this machine is to offer a more cost-effective way and higher quality in the production of high-performance PCD polycrystalline diamond, CBN cubic boron nitride and CVD chemical vapor deposited cutting tools which traditionally require to be produced by a double process of spark erosion and polish grinding.

The M-1000iA's serial-link construction gives the robot a wider range of motion in every direction. It can extend its arm upright or rotate it backwards, which is not possible for typical heavy-payload robots with a parallel-link mechanism.
