The C 1800H is part of the company's C series heavy-duty flatbed CNC lathes. Each model is built with Romi-made monoblock cast iron beds with hardened and ground guideways for optimum rigidity, accuracy, and performance. The C1800H features a 114 hp main motor and a geared A2-20" headstock with Timken precision bearings.

The LR-10iA/10 has a 10 kg payload and a large work envelope with a long reach of 1101 mm. Its compact size makes it an ideal solution for companies with limited floor space, and the slim arm fits into machine tools to load and unload parts.

NC4+ Blue systems use Renishaw's non-contact tool setting software package, which continues to evolve to ensure rapid, robust and reliable measurement even in wet conditions. Auto-optimization technology within the software automatically adjusts the movement of the tool in and out of the beam to minimize any wasted movement and therefore cycle time.

Fastems FPT is compatible with any machine tool brand, and it integrates with milling machines whether or not they have automatic pallet changers. In addition, the system footprint is extremely compact: FPT-500 for 300-500mm pallets requires only 100 square feet, and FPT-1000 for 500-630mm pallets requires 175 square feet.

Designed as a machine for 5-face machining applications, the MCR-BV is also capable of 5-axis contouring as well as 5-sided heavy milling applications. These heavy-duty applications are made possible through features such as a powerful integral motor and spindle, an expanded work envelope, and a very rigid table which is 30% thicker than previous models, all of which is ideal for large-part machining.

The ModuleWorks CAS uses real-time machining data and look-ahead technology to detect immanent collisions and stop the machining process before an actual collision occurs. The CHIRON Group uses CAS as part of their ProtectLine digital system to protect their high-end machining centers from potentially expensive damage and downtime.

These new Swiss-type machines use a collet plus single-motor ball spline drive for heightened accuracy and reduced material waste. A 10,000 rpm spindle and a variable vibrating system ensure the utmost in stable, repeatable performance. SYNCREX machines accommodate a maximum of 35 tools in a standard configuration: 22 static and 13 live.

The MVR-Hx series was developed based on the concept of a machine that is easy to use without thermal displacement for users who pursue high precision and high efficiency. It is equipped with thorough thermal countermeasures, such as an internal spindle cooling system that suppresses thermal expansion of the spindle and the main structure that is less susceptible to environmental temperature changes.

The MVR-Cx series is a simple, easy-to-use machine that efficiently performs single-item and high-mix low-volume production in machining general large parts such as can structures. The newly developed "Nidec Navi" operation support function, which significantly reduces the production time from receiving a job to shipping a product, comes as a standard feature.

The thermal stability is exceptionally high due to an innovative machine design and a rigid 5‐axis configuration. Field tests have demonstrated an unusually high Cpk process capability. This is of particular importance when grinding short‐run custom tooling where accuracy and "first‐tool‐good" are critical.

The Microlution ML-5 is optimized for micro-scale holemaking and fine cutting, which it performs without creating any heat-affected zones. The machine's compact, high- performance, ultrafast femto laser reduces cycle times and tooling costs to enable the production of precision parts in seconds.
