Building upon the redesigned V7 architecture, first introduced in 2018, Robotmaster uses integrated CAD/CAM functionality to make robotic programming easy and intuitive for everyone, even first-time users. The software is used by a wide range of industries to program robots for tasks that include surfacing, 3D milling, additive manufacturing, welding, painting, and more.

The new CAMWorks wire EDM module also includes enhanced feature recognition for non-planar geometry. Instead of the user needing to project the geometry for the top and bottom of the part and create 2D sketches, the new wire EDM software uses geometry directly from the solid model to construct and create the correct top and bottom profiles automatically.

The Walter MD838 Supreme (conical version) has an effective radius of 250-1000 mm, a corner radius of 0.5 - 4.0 mm and is available in diameters of 6-16 mm. Walter also offers a version of this tool with ConeFit exchangeable head.

The EZ-Puller is an auto-adjusting bar puller that enables automatic operation of CNC lathes. The auto adjust feature is driven by an "X" value in the pulling subroutine of a lathe program. This value represents the distance the tool needs to move in the X-axis according to the bar diameter being pulled.

In addition to speed, the new robots handle an increased number of workpieces/tools, are more compact and consume less energy.

The DDHM system is aimed primarily at customers in the tool and die-making industries. The focus is on machining carbide punches and dies efficiently. The tool system also offers significant advantages in other areas such as the medical and aerospace sectors, the automotive industry, and punching, forging and forming technology.

TwistSFeed reduces costs by improving tool life as well as achieving higher productivity due to multiple flutes along with new IN2205 coating designed for steel and cast iron applications. The clamping mechanism allows for the simple replacement of drill tips as well as accommodating multiple tip diameters per drill body facilitating economical stock management for end users.

The CoroTap T200 and T300 are optimized for ISO P1 and P2 steel workpiece materials, making them suitable for machining components in the automotive and general engineering industries. This includes crank shafts, steering knuckles, and general engineering components such as housings and flanges. Both tools are suitable for mass production.

The machine is built on a Romi-made monoblock base and has a net weight of 20,300 lbs. It features linear roller guides for the X, Y, and Z axes and direct rotary encoders for the B and C axes. This combination reduces vibration and produces high rigidity and precision.

Both grinding spindles are "synchronous direct‐drive spindles" with 19 hp peak each. The most important feature of a synchro­nous motor is that it provides constant speed during its operation and that the torque curve is highly efficient, as per above graph. The rotational force is not reduced with higher RPM's.

Cutting diameter sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Included angle options are 90° or 120°. The two-flute design is optimal when chip evacuation and increased chip per tooth are the priority. For harder materials, the fortified strength of the four-flute design performs best and allows for increased feed rates in hard materials.

Maintaining climb and conventional machining is crucial for surface finish and tool life.
