The M12 Compact Spot Blower features a compact axial-fan design, providing the best combination of power and run-time with 175 CFM and 110 MPH of air speed. It includes two nozzles – a rubber nozzle to remove debris from hard-to-reach spaces and a wide sweeping nozzle to efficiently clear debris in more open spaces. For ease of use, a cruise control lock eliminates user fatigue. When equipped with an M12™ REDLITHIUM™ XC6.0 Battery, the blower can run up to 15 minutes at high-speed.

The ORBITOOL® deburring tool is designed for in-process deburring of crossholes. The flexible shank and protective ring enable a unique cutting action that automatically protects all critical surfaces, while selectively removing material only at the burred intersection edge.

A member of the Walk-A-Sured® Water Clear Epoxy System, this eco-friendly, two-component epoxy system meets OSHA and ADA standards, and ASTM slip-resistance requirements. It contains 100% solids, with no solvents or VOCs, ensuring compatibility with previously installed coatings. Water, solvent and chemical resistant Walk-A-Sured® Water Clear HEAVYDUTY 20 contains polymer grit which gives the coating long-lasting added traction. It is ideal for use on industrial floors by machining centers and other oil-prone areas, in auto service stations where oil and grease are common, in ski resorts where floors are normally wet, and other manufacturing/industrial/commercial environments. n

The diamond coating portfolio covers the entire spectrum of demanding machining applications and is divided into two groups of different base materials. The first contains coatings for machining highly abrasive compacted and sintered powders like graphite for moulds and dies, as well as ceramics for dental applications. For these applications, the BALDIA COMPACT and BALDIA COMPACT DC coatings produce the best possible machining performance. The second group of base materials are fibre-reinforced plastics, stack materials and highly abrasive aluminium alloys used in the aerospace and automotive industries. For this group, BALDIA NANO and BALDIA COMPOSITE DC are the right choice. In both groups the ending "DC" stands for maximum coating quality with consistently high tool performance and the tightest possible tolerances for tool diameter and coating thickness.

BioCorr HP is a new generation of BioCorr, Cortec's time-tested water-based and biobased rust preventative containing 54% USDA certified biobased content. It is designed to preserve metals in storage and during transportation. This ready to use product has excellent emulsion stability, contains no chemicals that interfere with automatic transmission fluids, provides multi-metal protection, and is an excellent environmentally sound alternative to petroleum-derived products due to its biobased content. It protects for up to two years of indoor storage or during shipments when combined with VpCI packaging materials.

The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is a wash and blow-off machine in a small footprint of 5 ft. wide x 8 ft. long x 9 ft. tall. The work envelope is 36" Diameter x 24" High and comes with a variable speed table drive. The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is constructed of all stainless steel and comes with a robot loading option. The geometry is available as a standard tool for the 224, 229, S34T, 315, and 64T systems for precision machining of external grooves. For internal machining, it is available for the 105, 108, 111, 114, and 216 systems. Further insert types are available as special tools and can be delivered quickly via the Greenline system, whereby it is possible to deliver up to 50 customized inserts, depending on the design, within five working days after approval of the drawing by the customer.

The Mini Jet a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet washer for both small and large parts up to 500 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy as an alternative to our heavy-duty cabinet washer product line. The rotary hide away door eliminates the extra floor space required for the door swing while ensuring a dry floor when loading and unloading.n
