This Intellistat is activated with a comfortable, ergonomic short throw trigger which requires minimal effort. Constructed with a low voltage transformer converting 120V to 24V, it was designed to ensure user safety, in addition to using an EXAIR engineered air nozzle to maximize efficiency and meet OSHA requirements for sound level and dead-end pressure. It is equipped with a red/green LED to signify proper functionality, as well as a hook for easy hanging and storage.

Abrasives play a significant part at a modern metalworking shop, but process design, optimization and safety aspects frequently are overlooked.

With new advances in abrasive technology, machining center operators are able to complete surface finishing simultaneously with other machining operations, to speed cycle times, improve quality and save on off-line finishing time and costs. The characteristics of the pink abrasive grain make the stones exceptionally durable while providing cooler cutting. Each kit contains a wide variety of stone sizes for use on both large and small workpieces.

The color-coding helps stop cross-contamination in operations working with both carbon and stainless steel by making it easy to identify the correct wire brush. The color-coding is a visual change to an existing product line — there will be no change to the performance of the stainless steel offering. Part numbers and pricing will also remain the same.

Under the Clean Water Act, the EPA has identified 65 pollutants and classes of pollutants as "toxic pollutants," of which 126 specific substances have been designated "priority" toxic pollutants.
