Robotmaster, a Hypertherm brand, is an offline robot programming software that helps manufacturers maximize their robot's productivity with easy and efficient robot programming for a variety of applications such as cutting, trimming, milling, welding, spraying, polishing, sanding, grinding, deburring, and more. Robotmaster uses integrated CAD/CAM functionality to make robotic programming easy and intuitive for everyone, even first-time users.

Integrated directly into the HMI, ModuleWorks machine simulation enhances the Mitsubishi controls with high-performance multi-axis milling and turning simulation including gouge and deviation analysis and collision detection with manual or automatic refinement of the simulation result. When ordering components customers can now specify a desired sheet size and material stock item on a per-component basis, which will override default settings.

Glovius supports all popular CAD formats including CATIA, NX, Creo and Pro/ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, SolidEdge, Autodesk Inventor, and STEP, IGES, and JT. Glovius enables users to measure, section, analyze, compare, and export 3D CAD data to STEP, IGES, and other formats.

Known as NUMcad, this drawing software runs directly from the machine's operator panel and also under Windows on any standard PC. Its user interface mimics that of many popular CAD packages and is highly intuitive, making it ideal for people with minimal design experience. NUMcad is suitable for both design origination and design modification.

With Mastercam 2022, you can now define reusable holder assemblies. Create collections of adapters, extensions, and holders, and store them as an assembly. You can save time and avoid errors by creating reusable assemblies of modular components. These assemblies can be stored in a library and used for the creation of full 3D Lathe Tool assemblies.

This new feature for multi-axis machining automatically applies a rest finishing cycle to any remaining non-machined areas that could not be reached by the wall and floor finishing operations. The wall and floor finishing operations carry information about which areas can be machined and which areas cannot.

The company has designed new applications for Lantek Flex3D which provide easy solutions when designing and machining complete or partial bevels anywhere in the tube. Further, the latest generation software makes it possible to include perforations of various types (round, rectangular, triangular, etc.), and resolve the multiple possibilities that require a comprehensive library of connections and intersections to later assemble complete sets.
