The 180°-point angle makes the DC118 Supreme ideal for plunging into inclined or round surfaces because the drill is guided quickly on the margins and centered accurately. At the same time, burr formation remains extremely low. The protective corner chamfer on the cutting edges protects against rapid wear, which significantly increases tool life compared to drills without a protective chamfer.

The series is now introducing TCS18 and TCL18 inserts designed for left-hand cuts, expanding the product lines that, up to now, has offered right-hand inserts only. Grooving and parting tools commonly used in most of the operations performed in conventional CNC lathes and Swiss machines are right-handed.

All drill sleeves have a threaded connecting port on the sleeve end for easy coolant hose connection.

The DMH drill head features a fracture resistant design that is suitable for applications that involve drilling holes through thin-walled sections of workpieces. In normal circumstances, thin walls tend to spring back on the drill after the drill pierces through and exits the hole.

These WXN15 grade coated inserts are all introduced with a highly positive shaped geometry, which is particularly effective in machining ISO N materials. When used in advanced cutter bodies like the new Xtra·tec® XT M5468 button insert milling cutter, with G88 geometry, this also increases productivity when performing machining operations on deep shoulders with excellent chip removal.

Packed with versatility, one High Feed SP tool handles a complete range of high feed milling operations and materials. The tool optimizes such operations as copy milling, ramping, pocketing, face milling and plunging to further reduce tooling inventories. Users optimize milling performance while eliminating the need to switch among numerous tools to implement various machining strategies and part materials.

Beyond shoulder and face milling, the end mills can also be used for pocket milling, helical interpolation, ramping and slot milling. The CoroMill 316 is part of the Sandvik Coromant Optimized Solutions offering in the company's solid round tools range.

GN 742.5 Fluid/Fill Drain Plugs, GN 738.5 magnetic plugs and GN 7440 fluid sight glasses are made of AISI 316L (A4) stainless steel. Winco offers the premium sight glass in standard sizes from M16 to M42 and G⅜ to G1¼. Other thread diameters are available on request.
