Lucifer Furnaces has delivered a general-purpose box furnace to a manufacturer of precision metal stampings. Model HL7-M24 has chamber dimensions of 12"H x 18"W x 24"D and heats to 2,300° F.

No. 931 is an electrically-heated, 1,250° F high-temperature universal oven from Grieve, currently used for various heat treatments at a customer's facility. Workspace dimensions measure 25"W x 36"D x 24"H, and 18 kW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 1,000-cfm, 1-hp recirculating blower provides a universal front-to-rear airflow to the load.

No. 1002 is an electrically heated, 500º F (~260º C) cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for various test procedures in the customer's laboratory. Work space dimensions measure 20"W x 20"D x 20"H. 8KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular elements to heat the unit, while a 400-cfm, 1/3-hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the load.

No. 994 is a 500° F (260° C) special cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for heating the end of long parts at the customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven are a tapered 10" at front and 20" at rear wide x 20" deep x 21" high.

Lucifer Furnaces has designed a furnace to meet the heavy loads of a supplier of automotive safety equipment. Model DL7-R24, a box furnace with a chamber size of 24"H x 24"W x 24"L was customized to support a 1,000-lb. load of molds for heat treating at 750° F.

No. 865 is a 750° F (399° C), three-zone conveyor oven from Grieve, currently used for curing coatings at the customer's test facility. Work space dimensions of this oven measure 30" W x 18' D x 15" H.

No. 843 is an 850°F (454°C), gas-heated cabinet oven from Grieve is used for curing paint on steel and aluminum test coupons at a customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 20" W x 20" D x 20" H.
