Far surpassing the industry standard of 1%, the BigRep SHIELD maintains 0.1% humidity by looping air through a controlled desiccant chamber without the use of heat, therefore avoiding the risk of over-drying filaments from long-term heat exposure.

This Grieve walk-in oven features 6" insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, 2" thick insulated flooring with built-in oven truck wheel guide tracks and motorized dampers on the intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling of the oven chamber. The oven was sectioned into four pieces for shipping convenience.

The Grieve top-loading oven features 6" insulated walls, 16-gauge aluminized steel interior and a bottom reinforced for 800 lb. capacity.

This Grieve shelf oven features 6" insulated walls, integrally welded construction, channel shelf supports and nickel-plated wire shelves. Additional features include 304 stainless steel interior and Trilite Green enamel painted aluminized steel exterior.

This Grieve inert atmosphere oven features 12" insulated walls, all interior seams welded gas-tight, an air jacket on the inner oven for cooling, 16" high integral oven stand, 16-gauge 304 stainless steel interior and enamel-painted aluminized steel exterior. The oven is reinforced for 2000 lb. loads, allowing the customer's part rack to sit on the oven work space floor.

This Grieve truck oven has 6" insulated walls, an aluminized steel interior and aluminized steel exterior with enael finish. Features include a purge timer, two-position dampers on fresh air inlet and exhaust outlet and a 1200 lb. capacity stainless steel loading truck. Additional features include a 325 CFM powered forced exhauster with an airflow safety switch.

Solar Manufacturing shipped a Mentor vacuum furnace to Virginia, for a customer servicing the tool and die industry. The Model HFL-2018-2IQ features a graphite-insulated hot zone, a load weight capacity up to 250 lbs. and a maximum operating temperature of 2400° F.

No. 1049 is a 1050° F (566° C), cabinet oven with two drawers from Grieve, currently used for annealing or normalizing processes at the customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 39" wide x 102" deep x 51" high, with two drawers rated 250 lbs. loading with 36" wide x 78" deep x 15" high loading area.

No. 841 is a 650° F (343° C) universal oven from Grieve, currently used for a variety of heat treatments at the customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 36" W x 36" D x 36" H. 9 KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 600-cfm, 1/2-hp recirculating blower provides universal airflow to the workload.

No. 1044 is a 2,000° F (1,093° C), inert atmosphere bench furnace from Grieve, currently used for heat treating at the customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this furnace measure 12" W x 18" D x 8" H. 6KW are installed in nickel chrome wire coils supported by ceramic plates.

No. 824 is a 500° F (260° C) modified universal oven from Grieve, currently used for housing a vertical conveyor system at the customer's facility. 9 KW installed in Nichrome wire heating elements, while a 600-cfm, 1/2-hp recirculating blower provides universal airflow to the workload.

No. 1047 is a 350° F (177° C) bench oven from Grieve, currently used for curing plugs on the ends of cords at the customer's facility. This bench oven has eight drawers with dimensions of 6" W x 13" D x 6" H with removable insert to close around cord.
