Optoquick Measuring System

The new Optoquick is well-suited for measuring transmission shafts where spline and gear features, such as OBR, ODB, pitch run-out, etc., need to be measured together with traditional measurement of the solid bearing portions. It combines a touch measuring sensor with non-contact optical scanning to provide rapid and accurate measurements while the part is rotating. Design to operate on the shop floor next to the machine, it helps speed up the work-in-progress operations and eliminates time wasted in moving parts across the shop floor.

Gorillabel

The identification label, which is pre-marked by InfoSight, is a transparent Gorilla Glass disk. InfoSight recommends countersinking the label into a shallow machined pocket so the surface of the component remains level. After severe abrasion, wiping the label with a liquid which matches the glass index of refraction restores its clarity.

538 (537) Boring Cassette with 3ETECH Digital Display

1/8 NPT Siphon Fed No Drip Nozzle

EXAIR's No Drip Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles are available in round and flat fan liquid patterns. The volume of liquid flow depends on either the gravity or suction height coupled with air pressure. All of EXAIR's spray nozzles, which include nozzles for pressure fed applications, are composed of 303 stainless steel adding durability and corrosion resistance.
