Conventional encoders offer one degree of motion, but these three new encoders do more to serve the demanding requirements of machines in the semiconductor and electronics industry, among others. They include the new LIP 6031 Dplus, the GAP 1081 and the MKV 1/9x30. Using multiple reader heads allows for the detection of these deflections as in these new products, allowing for the necessary compensation at the inception and ensuring the integrity of the machine.

The new Optoquick is well-suited for measuring transmission shafts where spline and gear features, such as OBR, ODB, pitch run-out, etc., need to be measured together with traditional measurement of the solid bearing portions. It combines a touch measuring sensor with non-contact optical scanning to provide rapid and accurate measurements while the part is rotating. Design to operate on the shop floor next to the machine, it helps speed up the work-in-progress operations and eliminates time wasted in moving parts across the shop floor.

The identification label, which is pre-marked by InfoSight, is a transparent Gorilla Glass disk. InfoSight recommends countersinking the label into a shallow machined pocket so the surface of the component remains level. After severe abrasion, wiping the label with a liquid which matches the glass index of refraction restores its clarity.

The CNC video measurement system "NEXIV" can automatically measure the dimensions of component features using Nikon's world renowned optical and image processing technology. By analyzing the captured image of a component, detecting feature edges at high speed, both accurately and with repeatably, it is possible to quickly measure components with simple and complex features.

Made of hardened steel, it is extremely robust and resistant to all external mechanical influences. It can be used on serrated tool bodies and Alu-Line slide tools in the diameter range from 3.937" – 128.15" (100 mm – 3255 mm). Additionally, this precision boring tool can be adjusted without the aid of the readout. Its diameter can be set via a vernier scale in 0.0001" (0.002 mm) increments. This new tool offers an excellent price/performance ratio with extreme accuracy and strength in any industry.

The next generation W4F with its highly rugged Vistal plastic housing offers sensor functions and performance characteristics that were previously only available in the larger W16 and W26 product families from SICK. The Blue Pilot operating concept has been implemented in the W4F. The next generation of miniature photoelectric sensors offer the same look and feel – a consistency that makes operating and commissioning sensors significantly easier for users.

With the release of a new offset CT reconstruction algorithm in the latest version of the manufacturer's Inspect-X software, not only can larger components be scanned but it can also be performed at higher geometric magnification. The Offset.CT module is available on all Nikon Metrology X-ray CT systems from 180kV through to 450kV.

EXAIR's No Drip Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles are available in round and flat fan liquid patterns. The volume of liquid flow depends on either the gravity or suction height coupled with air pressure. All of EXAIR's spray nozzles, which include nozzles for pressure fed applications, are composed of 303 stainless steel adding durability and corrosion resistance. They are available with 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 NPT inlets with a variety of styles, flow rates and liquid patterns. Mounting brackets are also available for easy installation in specific areas on product lines. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral free.

The TS 750 operates with high-precision pressure sensors, with force analysis for generating the trigger pulse. The forces that arise during probing are processed electronically. This method delivers extremely homogeneous, 360° probing accuracy. It offers high probing speed of up to1 m/min and does not require a minimum speed.
