The industrial standard mounts can be used across heavy-duty factory equipment, through to commercial applications and the marine sector. Providing the mounts as a complete kit speeds up parts specification and enhances ease of installation. With male and female threaded mounts, the new installation kit format comprises bolts in diameters from M3 to M12, as well as various shaft lengths to suit a variety of applications.

The bumpers, commonly identified as RB-516 come in a variety of mounting options such as tapped hex shoulder and threaded, stud mount, and steel plate mounted. They come in black neoprene, white nitrile, or colored urethane. Diameters sizes run from ¾ in. to 2 ¼ in. with metric sizes available from 19-57 mm.

Die flipping hoist rings are available in both inch and metric dimensions as a standard or Lift-Check™ style that features a proprietary hex head bolt with Go / No-Go identification. The rings are CE Certified and constructed of alloy steel with a black oxide body and zinc plated (gold) shackle. All the rings are made in the USA, magnetic particle inspected, conform to ASME B30.26 and MIL-STD-209, and feature a 5:1 strength factor.

WDS Components' castor range extension includes a new stud fitting design with an M12 size threaded shaft that extends installation flexibility. The stud fitting design joins the existing bolt hole style, as well as a variety of castors with a plate fitting attachment. The castor design also includes a swivel wheel action, making them easy to operate across various surface types, as well as a foot-operated brake mechanism.

The PM2 pinion option is available for gearboxes sizes 090 to 200 and, like the PM1 pinions, is available for a total of four gearbox series with a flanged output shaft: Among them is the PFHE coaxial planetary gearbox from the Economy Line, which comprises durable and powerful standard gearboxes with an excellent price/performance ratio. All PM2 pinions are manufactured at the Neugart parent plant in Kippenheim, Baden.

Titespot angle heads are indexable, allowing multi-position machining with one angle head and set-up, and their compact profile allows machining in bores and cavities not accessible to mechanical heads. Eltool Angle Heads can machine in bores down to 5/8″ in diameter and develop up to 2.5 Horsepower – enough to drill ½" holes through 4140 steel.

The spur gears EN 7802 and gear racks EN 7822 made from strong and long-lasting polyamide. Due to their low friction coefficients, these require no lubrication and are made of FDA-compliant glass fiber-reinforced plastic suitable for food processing applications. The components are also available in gray or blue for better visual detectability.

Electrak XD linear actuators are available immediately as a compact, fully integrated unit, including the motor, drive, IP-rated housing, control architecture, diagnostic features and more. The end result is a "plug and play" actuator that saves the designer money and time.
