Walter Surface Technologies has fully redesigned its ICECUT line of powerful magnetic drilling units and annular cutters. At 22 lbs. and 27 lbs. respectively, the ICECUT 100 and ICECUT 200 mag drills are lightweight.

BIG KAISER presents the Torque Fit, a tightening fixture for collet chucks with an integrated torque measuring system. This device makes it easy to ensure that a collet chuck is correctly tightened.

The compact, high-precision Quicktech S-32 ATM 9-axis twin-spindle mill-turn center combines integral-motor main- and sub-spindles with a 190° B-axis milling head and a fast automatic toolchanger to maximize output of small, complex parts. The Nexturn SA-32PYII Swiss-style lathe is a 32mm machine that comes standard with an exchangeable rotary synchronous guide bushing. This new model allows changeover from guide bushing to non-guide bushing depending on the application and material. Changing to non-guide bushing mode allows for the use of less expensive non-ground material and greatly reduces remnant length, saving material costs.

Dillon full-grip jaws, machined from 6061 extruded aluminum, provide added options for full-grip jaw customers who have traditionally used cast aluminum jaws. The SCHUNK Vero-S Aviation product line is designed to rigidly clamp large parts accurately, and through its unique design enable the user to release the part enough to allow the part to move (compensate) due to the stresses of machining without fully releasing the part.

TM Smith Tool announces its new general-purpose compensating tapholder for a broad range of tapping applications. The LCTH has tension and/or compression for nonsynchronous machines, and radial float to compensate for misalignment between the workpiece and spindle. The new tapholders are available with a straight shank manufactured from premium-grade steel that can withstand harsh environments and rigorous use.

A full line of shaft collars, mounting collars and sleeve couplings that provide highly accurate working surfaces and mar-free clamping has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp.
