Eldorado M75-48T Two-Spindle Gundrilling Machine

The Eldorado M75-48T is a two-spindle gundrilling machine with 48 inches (1,219 mm) of slide travel. This is 60 percent more slide travel than the standard Eldorado model offered by the company. The additional length allows the machine to accommodate nearly all the gundrilling applications a job shop will encounter.

HighLight SQD Option

The new HighLight SQD option for Coherent HighLight fiber lasers provides cutting and welding systems integrators with a turnkey, simple to use and cost effective means to implement process monitoring. The HighLight SQD comprises process sensors integrated directly into Coherent's special fiber laser connectors which detect back reflected laser power and visible spectrum process emissions. These signals, which are provided in either analog or digital CAN bus form (at a 2 kHz sampling rate), can be used to detect various key process events.

No. 1021 High-Temperature Belt Conveyor Oven

No. 1021 is a 1250º F high-temperature belt conveyor oven from Grieve, currently used for drying steel nesh (sieve) materials at the customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 21" W x 38" D x 3" H, and 40 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 1600-cfm, 1.5-hp recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the workload.
