Besides the high capacity and effective washing mechanism, the EcoCcompact’s energy-optimized system technology makes the machine even more economically efficient. For example, the second and third flood tanks are warmed by heat recovered from the distillation process. Among other things, this has led to a significant reduction in energy consumption. Thanks to the efficient distillation process, the machine also has impressively low solvent requirements. This has been attained by installing the distillation unit in a vertical position, which requires hardly any mounting fixtures.

The M12 Compact Spot Blower features a compact axial-fan design, providing the best combination of power and run-time with 175 CFM and 110 MPH of air speed. It includes two nozzles – a rubber nozzle to remove debris from hard-to-reach spaces and a wide sweeping nozzle to efficiently clear debris in more open spaces. For ease of use, a cruise control lock eliminates user fatigue. When equipped with an M12™ REDLITHIUM™ XC6.0 Battery, the blower can run up to 15 minutes at high-speed.

The EasySwitch vacuum creates a powerful vacuum (at a quiet 79 decibels) without the need for electricity. Because the vacuum generator has no moving parts and uses no electricity, there is little concern for failed parts, motor failure or working with liquids associated with electric industrial vacuums. BioCorr HP is a new generation of BioCorr, Cortec’s time-tested water-based and biobased rust preventative containing 54% USDA certified biobased content. It is designed to preserve metals in storage and during transportation. This ready to use product has excellent emulsion stability, contains no chemicals that interfere with automatic transmission fluids, provides multi-metal protection, and is an excellent environmentally sound alternative to petroleum-derived products due to its biobased content. It protects for up to two years of indoor storage or during shipments when combined with VpCI packaging materials.

The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is a wash and blow-off machine in a small footprint of 5 ft. wide x 8 ft. long x 9 ft. tall. The work envelope is 36” Diameter x 24” High and comes with a variable speed table drive.  The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is constructed of all stainless steel and comes with a robot loading option. The Mini Jet a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet washer for both small and large parts up to 500 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy as an alternative to our heavy-duty cabinet washer product line. The rotary hide away door eliminates the extra floor space required for the door swing while ensuring a dry floor when loading and unloading.

VpCI-330 is clear, ready-to-use, low-viscosity, and designed for protection of metals in indoor and outdoor sheltered conditions. It performs effectively even under the adverse conditions of 100% relative humidity and in the presence of corrosive species such as chlorides. It protected for over 800 hours in humidity chamber testing and received a 1a rating in copper strip testing. VpCI-330 provides universal corrosion protection to ferrous metals and is compatible with yellow metals.

D-Greeze-500 LO is non-hazardous and non-HAP offering features and performance which greatly reduce energy and specialized equipment costs. While designed to be a slow evaporator, when quick drying is required it can be instantly blown off using blower generated  low pressure high velocity air through an air knife. 

The Return to Load, a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet return to operator washer for parts up to 40 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This low-cost spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy usage.  The RTL platform comes standard as a wash blowoff unit but can be configured with an additional liquid stage when rinsing or a rust protection application is required.
