Omegasonics has introduced a new cleaning unit, the 1900BTX, that features two cleaning technologies, a water agitation cleaning process and ultrasonic cavitation. Each operates independently to facilitate a more thorough, yet gentle, cleaning process. The unit is especially effective for cleaning 3D prototype parts.

Madison Chemical introduces AquaBlue, an alkaline detergent for general floor cleaning. This water-based degreaser has excellent penetrating and wetting properties, allowing fast removal of dirt, oil, grease, tire marks and other soils from industrial floor surfaces–even painted ones.

EXAIR’s Model 1004SS, M4 NPT back blow air nozzle delivers a small, effective airflow for blowing debris and liquids from small pipe or hose inside diameters, channel, bores, holes, internal threads and other internal part features. An array of holes provide a forceful 360 degree airflow to clear out coolant, chips and light oils from machining processes.

IceStorm90 is an efficient and environmentally friendly blasting unit, according to the company. The design basis focused on simplicity, which translates through to the exterior, operational controls, and internal workings of the unit.

PROHT ultrasonic cleaning tanks and housings are constructed of stainless steel with a Duplex stainless transducer radiating surface to significantly extend transducer life. Madison Chemical introduces TreadBrite Edge Gel cleaner, which removes soil, laser scale, rust, and heat-treat scale, including heat tint/weld burn by simultaneously cleaning and brightening the surface through an etching process. This viscous gel contains a balanced blend of surfactants and acids, and is designed for use on aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel and copper.
