The CH-CM0406 Cut Pre-Point Chamfer Machine makes carbide blanks that are ready for tool grinding. The machine converts blank carbide rods into tool blanks. It is suitable for cutting tool manufacturers that want to make tools from a blank that is already pre-pointed and chamfered. The machine is easy to setup and runs unattended.

ANCA second-generation PremierPlus technology ensures consistent and efficient tool runout. With three times greater clamping force, tools are held more securely when grinding, increasing the consistency of tool geometry across a batch of tools. As the clamping force is increased it means more force is required to open the collet. This is enabled by a hydraulic pressure intensifier unit at the rear of the PremierPlus Adaptor used for this purpose.

The Nexturn SA-32PYII Swiss-style lathe is a 32mm machine that comes standard with an exchangeable rotary synchronous guide bushing. This new model allows changeover from guide bushing to non-guide bushing depending on the application and material. Changing to non-guide bushing mode allows for the use of less expensive non-ground material and greatly reduces remnant length, saving material costs.
