QUICK Knurling and Marking Tools

The QUICK® product spectrum offers innovative solutions for diverse knurling technology applications. For both form knurling and cut knurling, QUICK® fulfills the most stringent quality standards and masters difficult tasks. Knurling tools are available for use on a wide range of workpiece diameters, including small tools for Swiss type lathes from Ø 1.5 mm.

Go and No-Go Ring Gages

Go and No-Go Ring Gages are manufactured with hardened tool steel for exceptional durability and feature a fully knurled circumference for maximum gripping ability and safety. No-Go gages are clearly marked with a red ring. UNC and UNF gages have a 2A tolerance. UNC gages are available in 19 sizes from #2-56 to 2-4 ½ and UNF gages are available in 19 sizes from #0-80 to 1 ½ -12. Metric and metric fine gages have a 6g tolerance. Metric gages are available in 19 sizes from M2x.4 to M68x6 and metric fine gages are available in 19 sizes from M8x1 to M48x1.

GN 827 Steel Adjusting Screw

Depending on the application, the stainless steel adjusting screws are available in a variety of thread diameters and lengths and can be optimally fastened to the production machine in combination with bearing blocks GN 828 from Winco. Once the optimal setting has been found, the adjusting screw can be locked in place with a stainless steel knurled nut GN 827.1 designed specifically for this purpose. The bearing blocks are made of matte, smoothly polished aluminum which can be mounted from above or from the front.

From Severance Tool Industries Inc. comes the Speedy Handle tool for use with Midget Mills, rotary files, deburring and chamfering cutters, countersinks, and a wide variety of other bits used in detailed finishing work. The convenience and quick setup of Speedy Handle make it a suitable alternative to air- or electric-driven power tools in applications involving one or two holes or light forming operations.
