Laser marks the spot

Dot peening in a 3D world
With an amplitude of 16mm, the 3D stylus tip extends and retracts automatically as it follows the shape of various parts in this video from Gravotech Marking SAS. The 3D stylus is a very high amplitude stylus capable of following the relief of every part to be marked.
Beamer demos new indexable turntable
Beamer Laser Marking Systems debuts a new 24" indexable turntable at its booth (W-2061) during IMTS 2014. Beamer, which suffered a fire in January, expects to move into its new 6,500 sq. ft. facility in October. The new facility will be dedicated to producing laser marking systems.
