In addition to the microSD card, the solution includes the ‘iShield Camera Card Tool’ (iCCT) software, which is a free download from the Swissbit website. With iCCT, the card's security settings are activated via the computer before it is used for the first time. The user PIN is also set here. The card is then ready to deploy and will reliably capture all recorded camera data. iShield Camera supports Loop Recording, where a camera deletes the oldest recordings to make room for new data.

The scanGrid2 safely detects objects of a variety of sizes within the freely configurable protective field zones, can evaluate multiple fields, and can execute configurable monitoring cases. A warning field zone extending up to four meters beyond the safe working range can be employed for non-safety actions.

The Hard Cap Gel Knee Pads are built with a secure gel zone to provide better comfort and create a contoured fit to the user’s knees. Constructed with thick comfortable foam and durable caps, these knee pads are designed for extended wear and can withstand a variety of surfaces.

The Surveyor’s Safety Vests are designed with full, tear resistant woven construction for maximum durability to survive the most rugged environments and built to carry more with 27 pockets. The Surveyor’s Vests are Type R Class 2 Rated** and recommended when working in environments requiring additional visibility, when working around heavy machinery or traffic traveling under 50 MPH. The vests are offered in both yellow and orange color variations. 

When paired with an EIB 5211 sensor box, these new RCN encoders will transfer the temperature of the encoder and a direct-drive motor to the control in use.  This gives the user the ability to push the system to its thermal load limits which in turn increases production and cost efficiency.

The Flexi Compact safety controller offers users in the machine building sector improved usability in many areas. The modular hardware platform enables integration in a flexible, application-appropriate, and cost-efficient manner. If the demands on the safety controller increase, it can subsequently be adapted or extended by up to 12 modules. The Safety Designer engineering tool with its certified function blocks guarantees intuitive, fast, and easy configuration and documentation of the safety logic via drag and drop.

These new Bluetooth products maintain ISOtunes’ SafeMax Technology while introducing enhancements in design and functionality. Unlike most headphones, all ISOtunes headphones limit the volume to 85 decibels (dB) and offer a noise reduction rating (NRR) between 22 and 29 dB, making them OSHA and NIOSH compliant.
