SINAMICS G220 is the first drive to join the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, the Siemens-wide business platform for digital transformation. SINAMICS G220 drives are an integral part of the TIA Portal and feature a digital twin in Startdrive, the drives commissioning tool from Siemens. This allows the behavior of the drive to be tested and optimized before the hardware is available. SINAMICS G220 has an integrated web-server for commissioning which eliminates the need to install software or an app on a PC or mobile device. This saves time and makes drive setup very intuitive and extremely user-friendly.

 Via the sensor infrastructure and intelligent, as well as integrated and manufacturer-independent communication, the traffic and order management software NAiSE Traffic analyses the flow of traffic and goods in intralogistics applications, in real-time. The software coordinates and controls traffic involving all parties – humans and industrial trucks such as AGV systems or forklifts. As a result, operators have a complete, manufacturer-independent material flow automation solution.

Two key user advantages of the droPWR app are split-screen functionality and dynamic zoom. The split-screen capability allows users to multitask—having more than one application displayed at a time (the readout application on one side and part print on the other, for example).

MAINDO embodies Industry 4.0 principles by integrating, sharing and enhancing data generated by Marposs systems focused on quality control, production processes and environmental conditions. Data that is typically stored in separate domains --- such as machine parameters, production process information, inspection results and continuous improvement process information -- are brought together to into a single view to provide information for failure detection and prediction. With version 7.0, High QA enhances the quality manufacturing management process and establishes the innovative High QA 360 platform. Adding new features and expanding the software better facilitates APQP/PPAP quality documentation and reporting needs throughout the manufacturing supply chain.

By detecting logical anomalies in images, HALCON 22.05 opens up completely new application areas and represents a further development of the deep learning technology of anomaly detection. Until now, it has only been possible to detect structural anomalies strictly on a local level. The new Global Context Anomaly Detection feature is currently the only technology that can “understand” the logical content of the entire image.
