The new product range features industrial grade 3D-NAND that supports an ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The SSD-module combines high grade NAND flash chips, a sophisticated PCIe controller and firmware that supports demanding applications. The PCIe 4-lane interface with backwards compatibility to single or dual lane system designs operates according to the latest PCIe-3.1 specification and offers high bandwidth up to 1600 MB/s for sequential read and 770 MB/s for sequential write. Random performance surpasses 145,000 / 130,000 IOPS for read and write and nearly doubles the bandwidth of SATA SSDs.

The EM-30 product series complies with e.MMC-5.1 specifications and is fully downward compatible. Thanks to established standards, integration is very easy. With a temperature range of -40 to +85°C, the product family is ideally suited for the most important embedded applications. With sequential data rates of up to 300 MB/s for read and 230 MB/s for write as well as 39 K IOPS and 41 K IOPS for read and write random access, EM-30 delivers the performance of SATA SSDs, but with significantly smaller size requirements and costs.

With the PSS-L, a significant increase in machine utilization and economic production can be achieved, and a longer unmanned production period is made possible. Other advantages include a high storage density with a small footprint, a cost-conscious acquisition investment, as well as the excellent visibility into the workspace and the pallet storage locations.

Using eForm, Hoffmann Group USA customers can design their own customized rigid foam inlays, whereby individually placed tools are not only positioned next to each other, but also above one another. This enables a larger number of tools to be stored in tool cases, drawers and cabinets, in an orderly manner.
