Coldwater Machine announces Lisa Ruppert as new quality manager

Coldwater Machine Co. has announced Lisa Ruppert as its new quality manager responsible for ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the company's QMS system, and leading the company's efforts in new certifications such as the recent addition of AS9100.

With over 30 years’ experience in coordinating and managing quality programs, Ruppert has a proven track record in reducing downtime, improving reliability and improving overall plant efficiencies. She has worked in a variety of industries including plastics, metal stamping, food and fire protection. Most recently, she was TPM manager for Plastipack, Jackson Center, Ohio, which provides plastic packaging and recycling.

She is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with a B.S. in business management. Additionally, she is a member of the American Society for Quality and a certified lead and NQA lead auditor.
