For the sixth year in a row, Corp! magazine named Seco Tools LLC one of "Metropolitan Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For," for providing a highly motivating and rewarding work experience to employees, the company said.
Seco, a Troy, Mich.-based toolmaker, makes recruiting and retaining talented employees a top priority, which is critical in a time when skilled workers within the manufacturing sector are at a premium. The company offers several programs to reward employees who are dedicated, responsible and creative. It also fosters an environment where employee input is encouraged, according to the company.
