Wedin International Inc. purchases PGM Products Inc.

Wedin International Inc.Cadillac, Michigan, Wedin International Inc. of Cadillac Michigan announces the purchase of PGM Products Inc. Ball Screw manufacturing of Warren Michigan. Wedin has reached an agreement to purchase all of the machinery and assets of PGM and relocate the total business completely to their 60,000 sq. ft. facilities in Cadillac Michigan by June 28, 2019.

Jack Rabun Jr. Vice President of Wedin said that this purchase is enhanced by the fact that  all the manufacturing employees of PGM are relocating to the Cadillac area to work at Wedin as well for their future employment. Their experience and manufacturing skills as well as dedication to craftsmanship only enhances further Wedin's current and future manufacturing abilities. Mr. Rabun went on to say, This acquisition agreement also includes the former assets of both Modern American Ball Screw Mfg. and PGM Ball Screw USA Mfg. companies. Additionally Wedin is proud to add that Mr.Tim Gillette Ball Screw Engineering Design Manager from PGM will become Wedin's Sales Manager for the Midwest. Based out of Detroit Michigan Tim has over 30 years of specific Ball Screw Manufacturing Engineering knowledge and he will be a huge asset for all of our Customers and their product needs. Tim's experience and dedication makes him a valued member of our total manufacturing team.
