Get into quick change for a fraction of the cost of a quick-change chuck. The System 3 Quick Change Base Jaws from Huron Machine Products bolt to your chuck like a standard top jaw.
The base jaw is made of 8620 steel, casehardened and ground to assure durability. System 3 Base Jaws are available to adapt to any jaw lock dimension for any foreign or domestic power chuck, which means you still use your existing chuck. The System 3 Quick Change Jaws use replaceable jaw inserts that slip on and off a base jaw set by simply tightening or loosening an allen screw.
Jaw inserts are available in either hard, soft and full grip inserts for chucks from 6" to 40". Repeatability is guaranteed to 0.001" or to your chuck's original manufacturer's specifications.
