BOLT System Provides Complete Head Protection Solution

Milwaukee BOLT™ is the first system that allows users to secure accessories simultaneously for a complete head protection solution. Eye Visors, Polycarbonate Face Shields, Metal Mesh Face Shields, and a specially designed BOLT™ REDLITHIUM™ USB headlamp are joining the BOLT™ safety lineup. This new expansion of head protection accessories showcases Milwaukee’s dedication to helping keep users safe and productive.

Eye Visors

The new BOLT™ Eye Visors are designed to provide users with the best fit and easy headlamp use. The visors are classified as spectacles and can be used in place of safety glasses with a Z87.1+ rating. Designed with a wide range of face shapes in mind, the visors feature dual pivoting adjustment points for a precise and comfortable fit. Built to withstand the harsh conditions of the jobsite, the eye visor lenses are treated with an anti-scratch exterior hard coating and a lasting fog-free interior coating. Installation of the eye visor is easy and tool-free, using a slide mechanism to secure into the BOLT™ front mount of Milwaukee head protection. The eye visors include a BOLT™ Low-Profile Headlamp Mount that allows seamless compatibility with most headlamps. A model is compatible with all Milwaukee head protection, and another is specifically designed with low-profile arms for Milwaukee Safety Helmets.

Polycarbonate Face Shields

Milwaukee’s BOLT™ Full Face Shields are designed for long-lasting visibility, featuring an ANSI Z87.1+ rating, a fog-free interior coating, and an anti-scratch exterior hard coating for an extended lifetime. For ease of installation, the shields quickly secure into the BOLT™ front slots on Milwaukee head protection. The shield lens can be quickly removed for replacement with the tool-free snap-in, snap-out covers. The face shields are available in an option compatible with all Milwaukee safety helmets and hard hats, which includes a BOLT™ Low-Profile Headlamp Mount that allows compatibility with select headlamps, as well as an option specifically designed for Milwaukee safety helmets with no brim.

Metal Mesh Face Shield

Constructed with a highly durable stainless steel, the BOLT™ Mesh Full Face Shield protects users from debris in chipping and cutting applications and provides maximum durability. These ANSI Z87.1 rated face shields feature an optimal shield width and mesh pattern design that offers a consistent wide and clear field of view. For ease of use, these shields feature snap-in, snap-out covers, allowing quick and tool-free shield replacement. The face shields are available in an option compatible with all Milwaukee safety helmets and hard hats, which includes a BOLT™ Low-Profile Headlamp Mount that allows compatibility with select headlamps, as well as an option specifically designed for Milwaukee safety helmets with no brim.

BOLT™ REDLITHIUM™ USB Headlamp

Fully compatible with all BOLT™ accessories, this is the dedicated lighting solution for Milwaukee hard hats and helmets. This headlamp features an ultra-thin light head that allows users to raise and lower face shields and eye visors and delivers 600 lumens of TRUEVIEW High-Definition Flood Lighting. For optimum visibility, a 70° pivoting light head allows for full illumination for any task. For all-day use, the headlamp is designed with a cam lock mounted battery pack in the rear for maximum maneuverability and security in tight spaces. The Milwaukee headlamp has four light output modes: High, Medium, Low, and Eco, for up to 32 hours of runtime. The battery can be recharged in the headlamp via USB-C or swapped out with additional REDLITHIUM™ USB Batteries for virtually no downtime. Built to withstand the harshest jobsite conditions the light is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and can withstand up to 2M drops.

Milwaukee Tool’s new additions to their BOLT™ lineup demonstrate the company's focus on creating innovative solutions that won't slow users down, helping them STAY SAFE. STAY PRODUCTIVE™.
