The 30-tool magazine provides flexibility for milling and drilling applications. The machine accommodates BT-40 shanks and includes a precision cam drive that achieves ±0.08-mm (0.0032") positioning accuracy. The tool change arm is waterproof, preventing coolant from entering the arm during use.

The 1500MX offers a host of features designed to enhance machining efficiency and precision. Crafted with an epoxy granite frame made in the U.S., this machine boasts ten times the damping of cast iron, ensuring chatter-free cuts, superior surface finishes, and 30% longer tool life.

The SOLO L uses two centrifugal weights installed in a sealed tool head. With an activation speed rate of 1600 rpm or higher, the weights start moving outwards and turn the gearwheel, which drives the blade out by rotating the blade control.

In addition to operating on narrow grooving on typical CNC lathes, the new V-shaped TDMV inserts are suitable with a wide range of applications on Swiss automatic lathes, with a concentration on miniature product machining. The V-shaped TDMV insert line is a multi-purpose option and the optimal tool for innovation in the groove machining segment in order to meet various customers' needs.

ISCAR is introducing 17 mm diameter PENTA inserts, designed for machining small size parts with up to 4 mm maximum grooving depth capability. The inserts are available in a range of widths from 0.25 to 3.18 mm, with different edge configurations for parting, grooving, turning and threading.

REV static broaching tools are for use on CNC lathes with or without Y-axis. They offer a patented eccentric bushing which eliminates alignment errors for machines without a Y-axis. The tools have a sturdy two-piece construction and are ideal for smaller runs.

Jig grinding delivers the precision and finish needed for demanding machining applications.

Full grip jaws are manufactured for chuck sizes ranges between 4" and 10" diameters and are available in 1018 steel and 6061 aluminum. Jaw heights are available between 1" and 4". Soft jaws are available in 1018 steel and 6061 aluminum, in heights from .75" to 5.00 inches, and widths from .75 to 3.00 inches.
