1/2 NPT Hollow Cone Liquid Nozzle
With HollowStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the hollow-cone spray pattern when the precision nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle. With an adjustable flow rate, it's perfect for dust mitigation, pollution scrubbers, foam breaking and more.
Pulsed Two-Substance Ring Nozzle
The wear-free nozzle is equipped with a valve specially developed by acp for this purpose which enables pulse times as fast as 20 milliseconds. In contrast with pilot-operated standard valves, the direct control of the valve prevents icing and thus ensures reliable operation and consistently superior results. The jet and pause times can be set independently of each other, so that the pulses can be optimally adapted to the respective application and also to the part-specific cleaning sequence. At the same time, the pulsed jet reduces CO2 and compressed air consumption. Depending on the pulse time, savings between 10 and 15 percent can be achieved.

HyproJET
Waterjet cutting works as simply as it is effective: the cutting head directs a fine jet of water at high pressure of up to 6,000 bar, a jet diameter of 0.38 to 1.02 millimeters. In this stress-free cutting process, the material particles close to the surface are cut off without any heat being introduced into the material. This process is an optimal solution for temperature-sensitive and thick materials with complex geometries.

ULTRA X6000 High-Accuracy Laser System
The 150 watt laser expands the available CO2 laser source options for the ULTRA X6000 from 10 to 75 watts to 10 to 150 watts. A maximum of 300 watts of 10.6 µm CO2 laser power can be achieved when the ULTRA X6000 is configured with two 150 watt 10.6 µm CO2 lasers. Higher power enables thicker material cutting in one pass, cleaner results, and faster laser processing with many materials. Additionally, up to 50 watts of 1.06 µm Fiber laser power is available.
Second Generation of MAX System
Today's MAX System introduces the latest innovation known as Focused Deburring. These multi-axis machines feature up to four 1- to 5-axis heads or towers, which can process simultaneously or in sequence within a single working environment. This ability allows the machines to perform multiple operations on many edges and surfaces of a part at the same time. For example, a single MAX System can remove a protruding burr from an 8" spur gear, create a precision .060" chamfer on both sides of the same gear, and wash the part within 30 seconds.
